When he asked for permission, Muni was aware and realized that the only reason to take me to the abyss is Apsara Manjugosha. Enraged, he cursed Manjugosha to be a vampire. Listening to the curse, Manjugosha shook and asked the sage the remedy of salvation. Then Munishree asked to observe the fast of Papamochani Ekadashi. And telling Apsara the way of salvation, the father went to Chyavan's ashram. Hearing the curse on the face of the son, Chyavan Rishi condemned the son and ordered him to fast for the Papamochani Chaitra Krishna Ekadashi.
